Well, the numbers are in and Q2′s proved to be a mixed bag for the mobile market. According to IDC, cellphone makers shipped a total of 365.4 million units last quarter, a year-over-year increase of 11.3 percent. XVision’s smartphone usage monitoring apps, DataMan Pro and VoiceMan, have gone through a few significant phases since their releases, but the company is determined to make a set of utilities customers will find essential to their iPhone. In the last year, without introducing a new handset model, Apple has gone from being responsible for half of the mobile industry’s profits, to accounting for two-thirds of that growing pile of cash.
